Ripe Vapes Handcrafted Saltz VCT: A 30ml Nicotine Salt E-Liquid Guide
Ripe Vapes VCT is a nicotine salt e-liquid that reworks a long-standing vanilla-custard-tobacco recipe for pod-based devices. This guide explains what the blend tastes like, how it is formulated, and how to use it correctly, drawing only on the verified product details.
What VCT Stands For
VCT reflects the three flavor notes that define the blend: vanilla, custard, and tobacco. Ripe Vapes describes it as a Handcrafted Saltz version of one of its established e-liquids, infused with nicotine salts for a smoother delivery in small pod systems.
Flavor Profile
The blend is built around three layers:
- Tobacco — the inhale carries a nutty, smooth tobacco character.
- Custard — a stream of custard follows across the palate.
- Vanilla — creamy vanilla rounds out the profile on the exhale, where the tobacco’s sweetness meets the custard’s creaminess.
The result is positioned as a tobacco-forward blend with a dessert sweetness, suited to those who enjoy tobacco notes alongside a creamy finish.

About the 50/50 VG/PG blend
The balanced 50/50 ratio of vegetable glycerin to propylene glycol is the base for this e-liquid and contributes to its throat hit. This ratio is typical of nicotine salt liquids formulated for low-power pod devices rather than high-vapor sub-ohm setups.
Nicotine strength options
VCT is available in 30 mg and 50 mg nicotine salt strengths, allowing users to choose the level that matches their preference and device.
Intended Use and Compatibility
This is a nicotine salt e-liquid. According to the product information, it is not intended for use in sub-ohm tank systems. Nicotine salts are designed for small form-factor, fillable pod systems, where they deliver nicotine efficiently at lower power levels. Using nicotine salt liquid in a high-powered sub-ohm device is not recommended.
The squeezer-style nozzle on the bottle is intended to help direct the liquid into the small fill ports common on pod systems.
Practical Guidance
- Match the device to the liquid. Use VCT in a compatible fillable pod system, not a sub-ohm tank.
- Choose a strength that fits your needs. Consider the 30 mg option for a milder delivery and the 50 mg option for a stronger one.
- Fill carefully. Use the squeezer nozzle to dispense liquid into your pod, avoiding overfilling.
- Store sensibly. Keep the bottle sealed and out of reach of children and pets, as it contains nicotine.
