These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of vaporfantasy.ae (“the Website”) and any purchase you make through it. The Website is operated by Vapor Fantasy (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Who we are
Vapor Fantasy is an online retailer of vaping devices, disposable vapes, pods, e-liquids and accessories, serving customers across the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at any time using the details in section 14.

2. Age restriction – you must be 18 or over
Our products are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Website or place an order. This aligns with the age gate on the Website and with United Arab Emirates regulations on the sale of tobacco and vaping products.
By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over, and that the information you give us about your age is accurate. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of delivery. If we cannot confirm that you are 18 or over, we may cancel your order and refund any amount already paid.
Our products are not for sale to anyone purchasing on behalf of a person under 18. Nicotine is an addictive substance.
3. Health and product warnings
Our products may contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are not smoking-cessation devices and are not intended for use by non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with a heart condition or other relevant medical condition. If you are unsure whether these products are suitable for you, please consult a qualified medical professional before purchasing.
Keep all products, e-liquids and pods out of the reach of children and pets. Please dispose of used devices, pods and batteries responsibly and in line with local rules.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please use accurate, current contact and delivery details. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.
5. Products, descriptions and availability
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including flavour, nicotine strength, puff count and contents. Product images are for illustration only – packaging and device colours can change between production batches.
All stock we ship is authentic and sourced from authorised distributors or the brand directly. We do not sell counterfeit or refilled products.
Stock is limited and can move quickly. Listing a product on the Website does not guarantee availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or cancel that part of the order and refund it.
6. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are the prices payable, excluding any delivery charge which is shown separately at checkout.
We may change prices, run promotions and withdraw products at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown on the Website at the moment you place it. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
7. Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within the United Arab Emirates. You pay the courier in cash when your order is handed over.
Please have the exact amount ready where possible. If you are not available to receive and pay for your order, the order may be returned to us, and we may decline further cash-on-delivery orders from the same account.
8. Shipping and delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
- Delivery charge: a flat rate of AED 30 per order.
- Free delivery: on orders of AED 300 or more, before any discount.
- Delivery times: we aim to deliver within approximately 1 hour in Dubai, and same-day to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery is available 7 days a week.
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of traffic, weather, courier volume, public holidays or events outside our control. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order, and the courier may ask for identification and payment before handing it over.
Please make sure the address and phone number you give us are correct and reachable. If an order cannot be delivered because the details were wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we may not be able to refund the delivery charge.
9. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
In summary:
- You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched.
- Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened e-liquids, opened pods, opened disposable devices or any product that has been used, unless the item is faulty.
- If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace it or refund you, including any delivery charge.
10. Our right to refuse or cancel an order
We may refuse or cancel an order at any time, and will refund any amount already paid, where:
- we cannot verify that you are 18 or over;
- the product is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price;
- we cannot deliver to the address provided;
- we suspect fraud, misuse, resale or any unlawful purpose; or
- we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website to break any law, to buy products on behalf of someone under 18, to resell our products commercially without our written consent, or to interfere with the Website’s security or normal operation. You also agree not to copy, scrape or reuse our content, photographs or product descriptions without permission.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from use of a product contrary to its instructions, its packaging or these Terms.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Website – including text, product descriptions, logos, layout and photographs – belongs to us or our licensors. Brand names and trademarks of manufacturers are used to identify genuine products and remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Privacy and contact
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our products, delivery arrangements or the law. The version published on the Website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
